Mohammad Mihanyar has BSc from Tehran College of Insurance 1976, Tehran, Iran.

He was a Member of the Executive Committee for the establishment of Iranian Re (2008-2009) and has been holding the following positions in our company:

“Executive Member of the Board of Directors” from 2010 to present.

 “Deputy Managing Director in Reinsurance” from 2010 to 2023.

 “Member of Technical Steering Committee” from 2024 to June 2025.

 “Head of Technical Steering Committee” from July 2025 to present.

He has more than 46 years professional experience in Insurance/Reinsurance sectors and was involved in various managerial and high-ranking positions, including:

• Member of the Executive Board of Directors and Reinsurance Vice President – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (2001 – 2007);

• Member of the Executive Board of Directors and Supervision Vice President – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (1999 – 2001);

• Reinsurance Director – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (1998 – 1999);

• Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Managing Director– Dana Insurance Company (1996 – 1998);

• Reinsurance Director – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (1993 – 1996)
