Mohammad Mihanyar has Bachelor’s Degree from Tehran College of Insurance 1976,Tehran, Iran.

He was a Member of the Executive Committee for the establishment of  Iranian Re and has been holding the position of  “Executive Member of the Board of Directors” of the company since 2010 till present. He was also  “Reinsurance Deputy Managing director” of the company from 2010 to 2023.

He has more than 38 years professional experience in insurance/Reinsurance sectors and was involved in various managerial and high ranking positions, including:

• Member of the Executive Board of Directors and Reinsurance Vice President – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (2001 – 2007);
• Member of the Executive Board of Directors and Supervision Vice President – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (1999 – 2001);
• Reinsurance Director – Central Insurance of I.R.Iran (1998 – 1999);
• Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Managing Director– Dana Insurance Company (1996 – 1998);
